Terms & Conditions –
- All visitors to the Event are kindly asked to keep appropriate social distance.
- Even though you register, your attendance at the event is not a lock. All registrations will be written down and confirmed by the organiser either by mail or phone.
- To attend the Event, Participants must be confirmed by the organiser by phone or mail.
- First-come, first-served principles are used for all registrations, among other factors. The Organizer retains the right, in its sole discretion, to reject registrations.
- The Participants must have a photo ID card and business cards, or any other necessary identification, in order to be admitted to the conference.
- The event may be changed or cancelled at the organizer’s discretion. Changes to speakers, material, dates, times, and the programme all fall under this category.
- The Organizer must be notified in writing or by email to ashish@gbrc.co.in in the event of any cancellations.
- At the event, advertisements or marketing materials from outside sources may be distributed.
- A firm is limited to sending two delegates. Occasionally, a third delegate from the same company may be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
- The Registration Department will not consider a registration to be complete until it has received all required information.
- Shared registrations are prohibited by Global Business Reconnect. Only one person is permitted entry per registration. The Conference, Exhibition, and Award Ceremony are open to all registered attendees on the event day.
- The event organiser retains the right to share participant information with other participants for marketing and better event coordination.
- Security checks that are reasonable in nature may be required of participants at the conference site.
- The Organizer shall not be responsible for the conduct of the Participants while at the Conference, and is also not responsible for any costs, damages and/or expenses associated with the Participant’s transportation to/from the Conference venue, hotel accommodations or third-party services, whether or not arranged by the Organizer in connection with the Conference.
- A Participant who was under the influence of alcohol or any other substances is not eligible for compensation from the Organizer for any losses, injuries, or deaths, regardless of their nature.
- Participants may request to stop receiving information about Global Business Reconnect Events by sending an email to ashish@gbrc.co.in.
- Global Business Reconnect does not retain any data on payments that Participants may have provided as part of the Conference.
- The organiser maintains the right, at any time and without prior notice, to change or remove any of the contents, features, or terms and conditions given herein.
- The Organizer has the right to prevent a Participant from attending the Conference if they fail to notify them of a substitution.
- The Organizer has the authority and is authorised to refuse entry to a Participant or ask a Participant to leave and be excluded from the Conference without a refund or compensation if such Participant exhibits inappropriate behaviour, behaviour that is against the norms of any prudent person, or misconduct in the opinion of the Organizer or the Conference venue operator.
- Participants are not permitted to distribute their admittance pass to more than one visitor without the organizer’s prior written consent.
- In order to use the footage for post-event purposes, Global Business Reconnect reserves the right to film, record, or take pictures of any speakers at an event. Delegates are informed that they may unintentionally appear in any recording or photo as a result of this.
- All presentations provided by attendees at the event are their own original ideas, independent research, and estimates. Global Business Reconnect is not responsible for the aforementioned.
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in conformity with Indian law and shall be fully enforceable in India.
